Jack Shahin

Jack Shahin is the driving force in elevating and maintaining Talent Strategy as a core competency of our Firm. 


Jack has been honing his "talent for talent" in Silicon Valley for over 20 years, holding senior leadership positions and building and developing high-performance teams with celebrated brands including Facebook and Netflix.  He has also leveraged his entrepreneurial experience and Talent Strategy expertise at a number of noteworthy start-ups.


He guides the engagement of the entire Bertner Advisors team in the complete, customized life cycle of Talent Strategy at our Firm:  Identification, Interviewing, Acquisition, Development, Training, Coaching, Retention, Performance Management, Team Member Relations/ Engagement, and Stewardship of Culture.  He provides mentorship for Individual Contributors, Teams, Managers, and Leaders to continue to grow professionally and to optimize productivity in our relentless commitment to the delivery of unparalleled standards of excellence to Clients.

Jack possesses the innate ability to identify people's professional passions and motivators.  He helps our team seek out and attract potential team members who share in our Firm's mission to revolutionize the IR industry.  He then leads the initiatives that help grow those team members into top performers and future leaders operating with consistently earned autonomy.


Jack's experience in organizational development, learning management, and performance management aids us in guarding fiercely the Bertner Advisors culture of pride in our demanding standards.


In addition to his corporate engagements, Jack has also served as a Speaker and Counselor with Recruiters United Job Search Bootcamp for Veterans.
